I find Kate an excellent tutor; very understanding and good-natured. Kate makes lessons very relaxed and fun, but still covers the serious side as well.
Her attention to detail is very good and she will go through a piece of music until one understands what is going on. The one thing I really appreciate is that Kate always understands my mistakes and sometimes confides that she had the same problem when she was learning as well.

We have been learning with Kate for about a year. I took up the Clarinet as a new instrument at the age of 45. Kate has made the the lessons fun, challenging and therapeutic.

Kate covers all aspects of music theory in these lessons and ensures that my daughter has an experience that goes beyond just playing a few tunes.
